Freshly cycled 20 gal tank stocking suggestions

After some newbie problems I've finally got my new 20 gal high tropical tank cycled but wanted some suggestions on what to stock in it.

I currently already have 3 male guppies and a pictus catfish in the tank. I have some ideas of what I'd like to put in the tank just wanted to check that versus what some more experienced people would think would work best.

I'd like to add (over time of course):
3 cory cats
1 Dwarf Guorami
and if people think it wouldn't be overstocked 1 angelfish.

Would these get along with the pictus cat?

Would the angel leave the tank overstocked?

Is that enough cory cats?

Would the cory cats get along with the pictus?

On a seperate note I'm planning on hopefully getting a 90 or 55 gal setup for Christmas. Which I want to make a new world ciclid tank and the pictus cat will probably end up in the new tank with a few more pictus buddies.

I appreciate the suggestions in advance.

I am not 100% sure but you might want to leave out the angel because a) it might make your tank overstocked and b) it might eat your guppies as it grows up.Instead you could add a few more cory cats.( maybe 4-5 in total) as they are a schooling species.

Yeah, the angel is more wishful thinking. After some feedback at other sites to I'm thinking of going with:
4 panda cory cats and the dwarf gourami

Careful with the pictus cat. I've had my pictus for 7 years.....they arent aggressive but will eat smaller fish at night. I've lost many fish to him. One morning the tail of a male swords was sticky out of his mouth.....the sword was 3 years old and very large....i would have never imagined he would eat the swordtail....it must have been a straight on head to head collision...haha

Like I said...the pictus is eventually going into a larger tank with a couple buddies.

If they have them around there, look for the Golden Killifish or Golden Panchax. I have 1 in my 20g. He is really cool, likes to sit just under the surface. He also likes to eat small bugs that we find in the apartment.
