Good morning SmallFry. The link Chisson gave you will help you greatly!

I see in your aquarium information that you have several tanks already set up. You could add your new filter that you're going to use on the new tank, into one of your older established tanks for at least 2 weeks to "seed" it. (Refer to the link Chisson gave you on the nitrogen cycle) Seeding the filter will pretty much give you an instant cycle once you move it to the new tank. (check to see that the fish can handle the extra current from the additional filter, you don't want your fish being blown around the tank by the current)
Or, you can take some gravel/substrate put it in a mesh bag or "never seen soap" nylon hose and place it in the new tank, along with some filter media from one of your established filters from the other tank, added to your new filter. This will jump start your cycle as well. If you use this method you can go ahead and add a couple of fish but you'll have to keep your eyes on your water chemistry (
ammonia,
nitrite and nitrates) just in case you get a mini cycle.
Best of luck and keep us posted.
Ken
