sick fish pls help

hey guys, i have a tank with discus, cardinal tetras, rummynose and GBR. they were all sick (if you read my other thread). ick, white cotton stuff in body, slimy body, clamped and torn fins etc. I started medicating my tank with "jungle parasite clear" and "maracyn plus".. now the question is all recommended doeses are done and i see my discus have fully recovered, but GBR, and tetras still have white cotton stuff in the body and ick (altho as i understand neither "jungle parasite clear", nor "maracyn plus" helps with ick). what are my options now? since i have already dosed recommended doses of 3 times parasite clear and 3 times maracyn plus every 48 hours. Should i do one more dosing of each? should i move on to ick clear and fungus clear? (since all i see there now is ick and fungus). pls help.. or should i just keep changing water. i am afraid that non of my 2 meds help with ick, if i need any ick medication.. (btw.. ya i know. learned my lesson and setting up QT tank today.. nothing will go in main tank without 3 weeks qt)

I'm sorry your fish are feeling well.
Are you sure it's a fungus and not Flexibacter?
How bad is the ICH? A lot of times you can get rid of it by slowing increasing the temp to 84F, increase aeration to make up for less oxygen in warmer water. Leave it there for 2 weeks and do frequent water changes and thorough gravel vacs to pick up all the ich spores.

Sorry you had to learn about Q'ing your fish the hard way.

API has an ich med that works in about week, you dose the tank, wait a day dose again on the third day, wait a day dose on the 5th day and on the 7th day do a 25%water change, it has worked great the few times i have needed it. pimafix works for fungus and melafix works for bacteria. you could add pimafix and melafix for the fungal infection as both can be added to the tank simultaneously
you could increase the temp add the melafix and pimafix fo r the fungal or bacteria infection get it cleared up and then move on to the ich med so as not to overwelm the fish
so sorry about your fish
