Stocking a 15g Tall

I just finished cycling a 15G Tall tank for my mother. It was a steal on craigslist and then she stole it from me! When I bought it I was going to do plants and shrimp, maybe a beta but shes not into that. I'm so used to my 55 when I look at hers I just cant imagine anything that would work in such a small and tall place.

She is really into Cichlids and Angel Fish. I don't know of any Angel Fish that will fit as an adult, I was wondering if there was a dwarf sized angel fish or if she could keep a pair of dwarf cichlids. If not what would some other good combos for a a 15G Tall be?

I have a fifteen gallon tall(ish) and it's fun to work with. I have six Pristella tetras and a single GBR, because it's a very small space if they don't pair up or are same sex.

You could always go down the road of buying a proven breeding pair, but then you'll have hundreds of babies, and it's expensive. With this option it's best not to have any other inhabitants as they get aggressive during breeding.
