| Meet the new fish! I am thrilled to announce that we have some new members of the fin-family today!
Meet Steve, the flame Gourami, who has joined the Ladie's Lounge (55g) but is still very shy and hiding behind the rocks...
Then we have 3 baby green cory cats who are now residents of the Zen Garden and are hard at work cleaning the gravel...
Lastly, we have a small school of 6 rummy nosed tetras who have also joined the Zen Garden in hopes of easing the tension between all the male livebearers... |

| I took those pics of Steve when he was in the Zen Garden actually...we had to move him into the 55g because he seemed to really agitate the male livebearers in the smaller tank. It wasn't that he was doing anything to them, but just his being there. And I didn't think it was enough space for him!!!
He is still hiding behind all the rocks in the big tank, but I see him peek his nose out a little bit here and there...poor guy seems scared.
The cory cats are still cleaning the gravel even though we just did huge water changes on every tank! They are so cute! |

| aw, he's cute. Is a flame gourami the same as a dwarf gourami? He looks a lot like my DG
We have some Rummynose too - they sure are crazy! They are VERY active compared to my Neons!!
Congrats on the new additions! |

| I thought DGs, flame gouramis and powder blue DGs, were all the same species, just different color morphs.
Regardless, have fun with your new fish, they sure are good looking. |

| He's beautiful! Being new to fishkeeping I was surprised how much my DG colored up after I brought him home. It makes me sad to see them in the store now |
