How long does Frozen Fish food last

I have some Frozen Blood worms and Shrimp from late April i have been feeding my fish will they last another couple months untill i can finish them or they pretty much bad?

as long as you havent thawed and refrozen, they are good for awhile..id say 6 months or so...

Shawnie, do you think frozen food is better for the fish than flake & dried foods.
