Hi Mandy - Proportionally, it would only be 0.25ml or a few drops. When I water change, I prime the total capacity, even though I replace 25%.

My bottle has a dropper type lid, one drop per 4L...if this helps.

I bought a little dropper at Wal-Mart. I then use that to measure out how much is needed.

On the smaller bottles with the dropper, the instructions say 2 drops per gallon. An eye dropper or syringe would help you measure it out.

you could add 3 drops per gallon but even if you want to add a little more, it wont hurt your tank, better a little more than too little as you dont want any chlorine or chloramine in the tank
