Plant Help

I plan on slowly introducing a few plant species into my 125 gallon tank. I currently have 3 angelfish, 1 common pleco, 1 clown pleco, hybrid mollies 20+, and 2 dojo loaches in there. I also plan on keeping the light on around 12 hours a day and using supplement fertalizer and possibly dried rabbit droppings for any plants with bigger roots. The plants that were deemed suitable to me include: anubias, indian fern, crypt, water wisteria, amazon sword plant, pygmy chain sword, duckweed (I heard dojo loaches enjoy this as a treat?), java moss, and bravilian milfoil. My pH sits around 7.0. I haven't had much plant luck so I want to start this out right. Are there any other suggestions and am I picking the right plants?

p.s- I know to trim the dead leaves every week or two, anything else?

Is this the tank with salt in it? If so I personally would wait until the salt is all removed with those water changes you are currently doing before putting plants in.
My dojos love the plants in their tank but I don't think I've seen them eating any of them but they will nibble algae or other detritus off the leaves.
all of those plants will do well in your tank. The swords will need plant tabs in the substrate under them as they are heavy root feeders.
Anubias does well attached to wood or laid on top of the substrate(don't bury the rhizome) they will feed from the water column. Indian Fern (Ceratopteris cornuta) can be planted in the substrate or allowed to float.
Duckweed frequentyl multiplies out of hand and gets stuck in the filter uptake tube. I like it and do keep a little bit but it's a struggle to keep it from over running the tank.

No. I have no salt in my tanks. Thank you! Should I just introduce them one plant a week at a time or does 2-3 every two weeks work better?

I usually keep my tanks stuffed with plants. They don't add to the bioload but help keep the water cleaner. So add away

What lighting do you have? Stock lighting over a 125 won't grow much of anything, so that's why I asked.

also wondering what kind of lighting you have. you will need over 1 watt per gallon to be able to grow anything successfully.

I have 2 bulbs that are 30 watts each. Are there bulbs at a pet store that even go that high?

60W of normal output flourescent light probably won't grow much of anything. You'll need to upgrade the lighting for plants, and I'd suggest power compacts or high output T5s.

Is it worth all of the expense?

If you want plants, then yes IMO. Some people use shop lights as a cheaper option, but you'll need a lot of them for a 125, and it's not the most aesthetically pleasing option.
