After dividing the one 20 gallon for the bettas ,I had to put all 12 of my Corys in the other 20 and was wondering if I should put something more in there with them or just let them have the whole place to themselves. The mesh with the subsrate is in there just for adding the 6 new fish. I just thought that would help to keep from sending it into a mini cycle.I would appreciate any ideas.

Personally I'd put some center swimmers in with the cory's. If you want to go with something a little different then the more common fishes I suggest these: Thread Fin Rainbows, Celebes Rainbows, Furcata Rainbows, India glass fish just to name a few. I have all the above and they are beautiful, smaller in size and very active. Except the glass fish those are way cool cause you can see every thing inside em. All these fishes are under 3".
