A cooler tank?

Ok, so i'm going to be leaving town in a few days.
Well when we leave, the only thing that will be here at home will be my fish tank.
Thinking that my fish will be subjected to about 7 days of mississippi summer heat with no air conditioning doesnt help me sleep at night, and i was wondering if there was a way to keep the temperature BELOW 90+ degrees?
I know it gets up there, i left my AC off for too long once, and lost my dojo loach in the accident.
But yeah, i have a very docile figure eight puffer, and two pristella tetras in one of my 10 gallon tanks. And in the other i have a male betta.
Any suggestions on keeping the tank cool when i'm gone?

keep the aquarium lights off, and if you have a tall fan, you could position it to blow across the top of the tank. Make sure you have additional aeration (airstones) , as warm water depletes oxygen. Also, do you have battery airpumps, in the event of a power outage?
