The name Black Skirt Tetra isnt ringing any bells. But that must be it. I'm not sure how to keep an eye on the cycle if I'm not supposed to test the water for a week after the TSS? Could this be why the Black Skirt Tetra is acting funny in the tank? Two of them have staked places in the back of the tank- one top & one bottom and they have rarely moved from those places today. The other two Black Skirts are all over the place and the 4 Neon's are too.

Basically just test your water after 7 days. If it looks way out of whack consider starting to do waterchanges daily. I'm not sure, but I think as long as your SafeStart was never frozen you will be alright. But like Shawnie said, SafeStart was designed to be kept at room temperature.
