Black Line Shark/Leopard Catfish

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with the above fish? i.e what kind of tank mates are compatible and how large they are likely to get?

Thanks.

Yeah thanks,

My search brought back one that said it grows to 3 inches, but what's an inch between friends?

What DH would be classed as not very hard? Also, how would I find out what pH they require?

Hi LarryK here is a link too Leopard Catfish with info on PH and DH...They will acclimate too a higher PH as long as it is staple and you acclimate them a little longer too your tanks water...Hope this helps Rob

Pretty much any fish will acclimate to any pH, I don't know about the dH, I have ridiculously hard water here in Essex, and all my fish are doing fine with it. Personally I wouldn't mess with the pH, as it's better to have a stable pH than a fluctuating one
