Food!! How Much

i have 3 cichlids about 10cm a bala shark 6cm a cat fish 10cm 2x electric yellow5cm 2x black widows small silver dollar 6cm how much should i be feeding them i give them 2 cubes of blood worms and 1 shrimp brine but it looks like its gone in under a minute am i under feeding them or not

That's approx. a 30gallon tank here in teh near future it may get a little over crowded
The formula I have seen referred to frequently and the one I use is this. A fishes stomach is the size of one eye so that should help you feed correctly but not over feed. Fish don't get full They will eat as long as you feed and will eat fast so the other guy won't get it
In the wild they don't eat every day and so will eat when they can and as much as they can. Most of our fish have never seen the wild but that instinct is still there. Hope that helps
