Why does my Coralife T5 light strip flash continuously? even the new one

I bought a 2nd hand Coralife T5 48" double light strip. I bought 2 life glo t5 48" for it. It worked for about a week then it started flashing continuously yesterday. I unplugged and plugged, I've swtiched the bulbs sides and direction and it still flashes.

Today I went to the store and bought a new one. the same thing. I put in my 2 life glos and it still flashed. So i thought it was the bulbs, so I put in the bulbs taht came with the new fixture. And IT STILL FLASHED.

I don't know WHY ITS DOING THIS AND ITS ****ING ME OFF. Is there something wrong with my electrical circuit around my whole house, like WHY IS THIS HAPPENING to the new fixture and the new bulbs.

I'm now just planning to buy the Hagen's T5 48" doubles.

Hmm, when my T5's do this it usually means that they are not seated correctly in the sockets. Try rotating/turning them while they are in the sockets just a tiny bit and see if it helps.

It sounds like you have a loose wire in the ballast. You should be able to open the ballast with a screwdriver to see if there are any loose connections. PLEASE UNPLUG FIRST! Seems obvious but I dont want to have you get shocked!@
Check Mikes solution first...thats a much easier fix. LOL
