Help with my test kit

Hello,

I am new to the fish world and love this website. I'm not sure if this is the right place for a question, but I lost the directions to the pH test in my Tetra test Laborett kit and found this page while looking for online directions. I've got the color chart and everything else. Can someone tell me how many drops to use? I would appreciate it very much

Thanks!

For the pH test use 5ml of water in the tube and 7 drops of the pH liquid.

I have found that foster/smith has most if not all directions you might need. Look for the product then read the "instructions for use"

The reagent in Tetra freshwater pH test actually will work if you add less than 7 drops. Try with 3ml of water and 3 drops (no need to be exact) it works the same.

Thanks for the tip of 3 & 3. I'll have to give it a try. I've been using the paper test strips, but the accuracy seems off...maybe I'm just a little color blind. It will be nice to try the Tetra kit and see if I get a better reading
