would this work?

would this work in a 55gal?

6- cories (12in)
1- smaller variety of pleco ( ill allow 8 in of bio for this guy/gal)
2- angel fish (12 in) we dont want them to mate, if we buy one smaller than the other would this prevent the mateing?
1 blu gourami (6 in)
1 dwarf gourami (3 in)
1 sword tail (3 in - the tail doesnt count for bioload and that adds alot of length
6- platys (12 in)
thats56 in of biload, i think we'll be ok rite? any suggestions? do u like?

Sounds good and i think that will work fine, do not worry about the angels breeding, there is a very low chance they will successfully breed in a community tank

the only problem you might run into is having both of those gouramis together and then (less likely to cause problems) having the gouramis and angels together.

also, for the angels, as far as them breeding the eggs will probably all get eaten. however, you do have to make sure that you have a pair, otherwise they'll end up killing each other. putting two angels in a tank doesn't necessarily mean that they will pair off, you either have to buy a proven breeding pair (probably not the direction you want to go), or buy six juvenile angels, wait for a pair to emerge, and then return/rehome the other four.
