I am trying to feed my bala shark some freeze dried blood worms but as soon as I drop them into the tank the 6 zebra danios gobble them up so fast he gets none. How can I prevent this. I bought the freeze dried worms for him coz I ddnt feel he was getting any of the flakes as they eat those quickly as well. He appears always to be searching for food .

You can try and spot feed him. Distract the danios with their portion. Use a turkey baster to get some down to your shark.
Don't know if he's a night owl...maybe try feeding him at night.

I agree with lucy...feed each a bit on each side..balas love frozen bloodworm cubes and brine shrimp cubes...
