when you moved the tank you may have lost the cycle, do you have a
test kit you can use to get readings for
ammonia nitrites and nitrates ?
You also should be aware you have a world of hurt to come soon for both you and your fish
.
The Colubian Shark needs a 75gal tank all to itself when it matures, it needs Brackish water now and full salt water when grown

The
bala shark needs the full 55galon to himself at maturity and is a pure fresh water fish

Do you know what type of sucker mouths you have? A picture would help to identify them but if they are Comon Pleco's they get to between 18 and 24 inch each. They are also
freshwater fish and cannot tolerate salt.
The Gouramis and the Tetras should be ok depending on their temperment etc.
My 1st guess at the moment is that the Bala and the Columbian are fighting for territory and the Columbian is loosing. And he will also probably be suffering being in pure Freshwater as opposed to brackish water.
I also would bet a small wager that you have an ammonia spike in the tank at the very least.
