Welcome to fishlore!
My LFS handfeeds them blood worms on the bottom of the tank.
They get large so they need a rather large tank.

Not only does it need to be a large tank, but more importantly it needs to be very wide and very long. Shallow is much better than deep. Also, ray-safe sand is necessary.

They need a very wide tank, but it can be shallow. Good filtration is important. They like having a bit of current.
They'll eat all sorts of meaty foods. The Duluth aquarium primarily feeds their stingrays shrimp (the rays don't have teeth, so the caretaker feeds them by hand). If they are likely to be interacted with (if you are going to get them used to hand-feeding), you may want to consider having their barbs removed by a specialty vet. Stings generally not lethal, but they are extremely painful.

Edit: PinkFloydPuffer's got another important point. Substrate is a big deal. Because they skim the bottom, they can get scraped up on sharp gravel or even sharp sand. The Duluth aquarium uses rounded gravel. Others use "soft" sand (like pool filter sand) or even a silty substrate, like EcoComplete.

I would put some soft substrate in there and make sure you have the right food to feed it and make sure your water is in pristine water! They are pretty exotic and would be a bummer if it died...Make sure your water is at the right temp because I know of someone who had a stingray and it started to spaz because of the heat...
