Would this work?????????

I have been thinking about what kind of fish I want next.

I have just got Perry the Pleco (Bristle nose) and he is on quarantine for two weeks.

I was looking really hard today at Bolivian Rams. I really want to get at least one of these.

The question is... Would 6 Glowlight Danio's, 1 BN Pleco, 2 Bolivian Rams and a school of 6 Neon Tetras be ok in my 29gal?

Thanks

Chris

Yep that could work for you. It is a bit overcrowded but you can get away with it if you don't mind doing frequent water changes. Ram's can be a little difficult if the water isn't old enough. I would suggest to add the Neons first. Then you could add the rams last. Although they are very peaceful for Cichlids they are still after all Cichlids and you should add the most aggressive fish last.

I think i worked out 28 inches of fish with all that. Not sure tho because every site i look at has different fish sizes.

Would it make much difference if i didnt add the tetra's?

The rule is generally 1 inch of fish per gallon. If your fish's adult size is more than an inch try to give em 1.3 gallons per inch. You shouldn't have any problems though it wouldn't be too overstocked. All of those fish stay small as adults.
