Switching to external filter - air bubbles?

I have a 65 litre tank with an internal Fluval 2+ filter and am thinking of switching over to an external filter.. There is a blue dwarf gourami, 2 blue rams, neon tetras and corydoras in the tank.

The thing I like about the internal Fluval at the moment, is that there is an air valve so the outlet introduces bubbles in to the water, reducing the need for a separate air pump. Are there any other external filters that also create air bubbles? I am considering the Tetratec EX 700 (want a slightly bigger one in case I change to a larger tank in future), but as far as I can see, it would not create air bubbles.

Just a newb here but here is my thought. Keep the other filter going until the new one has a chance to grow some bacteria. As for the bubbles...get an air pump which are cheap and a few airstones. I may be wrong but at least you are bumped...

honestly i'm not sure, but your best bet if you want lots bubbles is to get a bubble wand, they're really great and my fish absolutely love it! i have a flexible one that can be bent into different shapes

I’m not aware of any HOB filters that add aeration. By keeping the water level below the outlet on the HOB you can create a water fall effect that will add some aeration but I would still suggest additional aeration. A bubble wand or stone and an air pump can be as little as $20 so it’s a small investment.
