I have Nitrate

About 4 or 5 PPM. I'm not down to 0 on the ammonia or nitrite, the readings are falling somewhere between 0 and 0.25 ppm. The 4 rosy reds and 7 of the 8 guppies look great, but one of the female guppies is moving a little slower than the rest, spending a lot of time resting at the top of the tank. At feeding time, she got plenty lively.

They are a little hard to catch on the camera, but here is one of the better pics.

Nice. nitrate readings mean the end is near! Keep up on the water changes, and you should be over the cycle hill soon.

Great color on that yellow tailed guppy. Looks good

Your guppies are really pretty.
I agree with FL, keep up the water changes. Seeing nitrates is a good sign.

I really like the yellow color, I have some all yellow males of my own. But hey nitrate is a positive sign so keep up the good work.

I love the way guppies look, but everyone I know that has had them says they breed faster than rabbits, and I'm not really prepared to deal with that. Yours look great - very vivid!

When I was keeping fish when I was a teenager, my guppies had fry quite often, but in a community tank, the fry were often eaten by their tank mates, even the neons. I'd have a survivor or two here and there, gave a few away, kept some. We'll see what happens in this tank.
