Freeze Dried Bloodworms

Should these be soaked before putting in the water? Is it harmful to just drop them in dry?

I don't think so but I have never used freeze dried food - I prefer frozen.

Does the packet/container have any instructions?

I use freeze dried and frozen....I just drop the freeze dried right on the top and the fish eat them.....If you soak them they turn mushy...

Thanks. There were no instructions. The betta loves these.

I wouldn't soak them, but make sure that your betta doesn't eat them the second they drop into the tank, if you try to put them far enough away from him that it takes him a few seconds to grab it, it will be soft enough that it will be much easier to digest, but not mushy
