Hi everyone. This one is dedicated to Steveangela1, who happens to be my inspiration in Kenyi keeping.

I just spotted a couple of youngster Kenyi in my tank. I've been watching two of my females hiding and bearly eating for a while (one inside an upright clay pot where lots of Hygrophila are planted, the other inside the pastic tray where I place Indian Almond Tree Leaves, below the output of an AquaClear110 -know I now they were holding!.

I've been netting young Convicts (easier said than done!) to bring to the LFS (they want them, I have them) when I noticed these distinct black stripe pattern... in a paler white than Convict's background.... and the startling blueish near the gill and eye areas! Oh my God! Kenyi babies!

I've been so busy with the setting of my new tanks that I missed when they were born! I am editing this post in a few minutes to upload some pics.
