I gotta give it to you Dozey that was an awesome trick there. Funny too. I tell you I don't have the marvels to keep quiet on that moment. They probably kick me out or call the cops on me. That make me want to try that with my LFS to see. Well hope to see pictures soon.

Dozey, did you see the results of the tests yourself? Did they look ok on the test strips? Maybe it was just because he was using the test strips and that's why it came back ok.

I sure did see the test strip. Unfortunately she didn't compare the results to a reference card. As I recall she looked at the test strip, tossed it and said, “Yes everything it good. So are you ready to buy some fish?” There might have been a higher priority involved.

Gotcha, had that once myself, needed a water check and 4 people waiting for 4 fish, and so they did the old look 2 secs and say it's ok routine.

Dozey, it's Jacks Aquarium and Pets. I'm not sure you would call it 'local' or not. Their stores are in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. They say they are a family owned business.
