Bubblewand to conceal the filter pipes, cords, heater etc?

Hey, I was wondering if I used a bubble wand to conceal the back of my tank, do you think that would interfere with the my filter intake and out pipes (have a canister and HOB filters)? I just have 2 filter intake pipes, 1 intake pipe, 2 aquarium volcanoes, the heater of course, and want to use the bubble wand to conceal all the cords and pipes. The wand is bendable so I can leave the space by the filters so it wouldn't interfere (if you guys think it would). Thanks for any help!

I just recently purchased a bubble want that suctioned to the rear of the tank. It didn’t last long. I’m back to using an air stone that I keep a few inches from the rear of the tank. I found that the bubble wand did in dead interfere with my filters (canister & bio-wheel).

I also find that the bubbles from the air stone are far more esthetically pleasing.

I considered installing a bubble wand too once for basically the same reason, and decided not to bc I read that they easily get gummed up and require regular cleaning and replacing; considering where it will go that's not exactly the easiest thing to do (would have involved taking apart most of the decor). I used a big round airstone on tubing and stuffed it in the corner behind some plants. Then I've got plants and wood and they cover up most of the hardware. You still see the intake pipe and the heater, but well that's part of having an aquarium...

Yeah I did the same as Dozey, had a wand but gave up on it and went back to the airstone, I find it works far better.

Ok great, thanks fellas and Marsha. Thank goodness I bought it from drsfostersmith, they are awesome with returns, unlike alot of fish places online.
