are my fish getting enough oxygen? 20 gallon-Video of tank posted...check it out

I have 3 dwarf gouramis 5 tiger barbs and 2 platy's my filter doesn't cascade because my water is high so it just goes along with the surface of the water and i have 1 air pump under the gravel so its not pumping out as much oxygen as it would if it wasnt under the gravel is this enough oxygen for all my fish? It's a 20 gallon tank

Im not an expert, but with the out flow of the filter moving the water and the little bit of bubble action you have with the air pump you should be ok. Just keep a watchful eye on them.

I'd say just keep an eye on them. If they start acting like they're having a harder time breathing than usual then add another airstone or something.
