DAN75 - at the top of the new thread posting page there was a red box with some important questions we need answers to so we can answer your questions. Here is that box would you supply this info please
IMPORTANT!
If you need help with your fish or aquarium please include the following details when you ask your question:
  • List your water parameters from your test kits - ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, Temperature, etc.
  • Tell how long your tank has been setup, brief history if you think it is important for your current problem
  • List all tank mates
  • Detail your maintenance procedures - tank cleaning, filter changes, water changes, etc. How often do you do perform these tasks? What kind of foods are you feeding your fish or inverts?
  • List tank size, equipment used and any other important details.
  • Do you know about the aquarium nitrogen cycle? If not, click that link and read that important article. If your tank is cycled, how did you cycle it?
Providing the above information will allow your fellow Fishloreans to help you with your problem since we usually need to ask these follow up questions anyway. You might even get more responses to your question if you provide as many details as possible.
Thanks
Carol
