I have a 20 gallon aquarium with an old crappy whisper power filter and wanted to replace it. I noticed the aqua clear got five star ratings but i want some more opinions.

Yeah AquaClear is great, love mine, definitely beats my old Whisper. BTW, Chase has probably set a new record here-most new threads in 3 days. That's good you aren't afraid to ask questions.

definitely the aquaclear, so far i've had nothing but bad luck with whispers.

aquaclear filters are great, I also recommend liberty eheim filters, they are awesome too.
