I was going to wait to tell everyone just incase something didnt go right...BUT..This little guy is spunky...What a personality. ..I have fallen hard for him..He wasn't the best looking but when I looked at him he did a dance, then swam all around in his tiny cup and I could have sworn he was talking to me. I put my finger on the glass and he danced some more..I looked at all the others and came back to him.. I LOVE him!!!!...I had no idea how to acclimate him to my tank since he was in a cup..so I held the cup with him in it at tank level so he still had air for 20 min..lol...I added a little of my water every so often..I just tilted the cup a little and he went flying out....he jumped over the the lip of the cup a little..He was shy for about 30 seconds and then he was off exploring..I've been watching him for the last 2 hours and his personality is amazing..He loves the wood and all the plants..he ate a little..he seems so happy..Everytime I go to the tank he does his dance and says hello and goes about exloring some more..It's like he has lived there forever.The move from the cup to the tank didn't bother him at all..I think he'll be happy in his nice big home..10 gallons...He's living in a mansion....Enough rambling about my new baby..Here he is..

I know that my puffers do... once me and my sister were looking at them, and they were saying hi to us, then I moved away but my sister stayed and they went back to what they were doing, then I came back and they came right back up to my face.

Thanks guys...I do love him already!!!...He is naughty..I guess he just wanted out of that cup..Guess I don't blame him..I'm going to let my 3 year old name him so we'll see how that goes..lol.

My Angels def. know me...They do the dance too..My glofish and Gourami..don't seem to care..lol..They just want the food..no dance for me they just stare at the surface to see when the food lands..I love them anyway...But I think this betta already knows me..Or he's just a social butterfly.
