If i add them now?

i was wondering if i could put 2 tiger barbs in my tank in 4 day intervals until there is 6. then when they are in i will wait 1 week then add a red tail shark. when i first add the 2 tigers will they be fine for 4 days until i got more. is this plan ok?

water parameters are:
NO3_0, NO2_0, pH_6.0-6.5, Alk_0-10, TH_0-10

If you're buying these fish new, they should be quarantined for 2.5 weeks to make sure that they don't infect other fish. Assuming they have been quarantined, this plan sounds good. Your filter should build up enough bacteria in that time to deal with the increase in bio load.

Hi Torez,

You will not be able to keep a RTS in your tank, an RTS needs a minimum of a 55 gallon tank.

The six Tiger Barbs should work but that will fully stock your tank.
