| Another, little update, he seems to be doing about the same this morning.Just a little more active then he was, rooting around today and he is going to get some jungle parisite clear just to be sure as the bigger tanks are cycling and ready soon i hope and i don't want any carrying anything with them lol. as there will be 3-fish in 1-tank and if i don't get another one 2-in the other tank-40-gallons.So, if i'm not snowed in i will be doing fish, shopping today. bella |

| I'm glad to hear that he is improving - even if it is a slow improvement, at least it is improvement. |

| Yeah, they both worked Gremlin, i purchased some parasite clear today by Jungle and i think i will have to use it as they are both coming out with more worms on both fish only the little one seems worse he seems like he's losing weight too. i think he must have internal as well as external worms lol and i hope this will do the trick. The salt seems to have brought them all out. So big water change tonight and meds. i didn't want to resort to med's but i think it is neccessary bella |

| I would wait on the water change until AFTER you give them the jungle parasite clear treatment.Since the worms are coming out, don't add anymore salt, treat with the Jungle and follow the directions on the bottle or box,THEN change the water as recommended by the instructions.(Don't forget to remove carbon)
You almost have them cleared up,Good Job. |

| I'd say once you are done with the jungle med, maybe do the salt bath again for a while. Just because it will help to restore the slime coat, and maybe help to see if they have anymore parasites. Since it is working to bring them out this time, once treated, maybe it will help your poor fishies get back on their feet - I mean fins. |

| Little, report this morning, i have never seen these two fish doing so well, since i got them. so i guess i was right in thinking they had worms, but still don't know the kind of worms they had lol. but i like the way they are now so happy fish lol. and it's sooo good to see as when they were sick it was awful to see the one little guy on the bottom and i am a salt believer now lol. bella |

| I am SO glad that your goldies are doing better. I'm just about to decided that no matter how healthy any new goldies I get may seem, I just might do a salt bath as part of the quarantine - just to make sure that they don't have any hidden bugs.
The salt bath can work wonders if you use it carefully - just like any meds. I think most people tend to overdo the salt concentration. It just doesn't take as much salt as it used to - especially for the fancier goldfish that have been bred in straight freshwater for so long. |

| Gemlin, i have to agree with you,-when getting new fish as i just have 20-of them it is a good idea just to add a little salt as a pre-caution measure when first bringing them into new home and putting in the QT tank lol and SOF you are right too, as to much of anything is not good. and thanks again for all your excellant advice bella |
