I know..lol..I still haven't decided..They haven't got any other responses yet so I don't feel quite as rushed. It's a really big tank..lol..I don't know if I can handle it...I"m sure I could but my goodness. definitely need to ditch the 5 gallon bucket and invest in a python.

You and me both need a python, not that I have as many tanks as you do but boy those buckets are getting hard on the back. Just because you buy it doesn't mean you HAVE to set it up right away! Although something tells me you would, but really you don't have to.

There is no way I could have a tank like that and not have it set up and going..lol..It's just not in me. ..But that is a very good point..I could actually get rid of some of the smaller tanks and just go with a biiger one..But..that would be hard to do too..lol..taking down a tank..HMMM..NO.lol..

Sorry my spelling is as good as my fish knowledge. Counseling might have been a better choice of words.

A couple of days ago I purchased a 25 ft Ultimate Gravel Vac (at Walmart) for under 25 bucks. It attaches to your kitchen sink, for when you do monthly water changes. You can fill up your new tank without lifting a bucket, just stand there and watch the tank fill up with water. It has a vaccuum attached to it and it also goes directly to the sink. No lifting or anything! It comes with a fish-saver cleaning claw. I have already used it and it is awesome, I couldn't believe how great it worked. Maybe this will encourage you to go and get that awesome tank.

If I were you I'd buy it right now before someone else reads this thread and snaps it up! If I had the money, it would no longer be available...

Ok I have a queston about these pythons and the gravel vac..How do you treat the water before it goes in the tank for water changes

I never thought about that, that is a good question. I think I'm a little embarrassed now. So far we've just used it to fill up another new tank. I hope someone answers this question!

I don't have one, but from what others have siad, you can put the water conditioner in your tank just before adding the water.

I think we should all chip in and buy CHoffman the tank as an early Christmas present. It could then be the "FishLore Message Board's Tank" and be everyone's pride and joy.

I own 2 tanks identical to that one. The only reason I bought those 2 were because they were such great deals at $400 and $500. IF you can buy that tank for anything under $300 you got the deal of the century. $350 is a steal for that setup. BUY IT! BUY IT! BUY IT! By the way, I am 4 hours away and also have cash in hand. Race you there SOF!

Buy it already, the MTS frenzy has started with that post,It's beyond our control, save us from ourselves..............BUY IT

Keys are no longer in my pocket, but in my hand
