What is the best way to add water for water changes in my 55gal tank. I can fill it with my python but I have ammonia and chloramine chlorine in mytap water. So I have been premixing the removers in a bucket then adding to the tank. Can I add the water first then put the chloramine, chlorine and ammonia remover in the tank. Plus would ammonia remver affect my bio cem.

Ammonia removers would starve your bacteria. Prime (a water conditioner) detoxifies it for 24hr but makes it available to the beneficial bacteria.
There's a thread about ammonia in tap water.

You can add the conditioner after you add the water but it's probably best if you add it before.
There's a thread somewhere about that too.
