Sick Tetra?

I just brought some fish home last night for my new-ish 29 gallon. I got 3 emperor tetras, all of which had almost completely lost their black stripe after the half hour car ride back from the LFS and then being in a bag for acclimation. Two of them colored back up within 15 minutes of being let loose in the tank, but the other still has not colored up at all. His stripe is a very faint grey instead of black as it should be. When I fed them today (bloodworms, all my fish's favorite) everyone in the tank ate but him. I'm not really sure what could be wrong...water parameters are stable and there is no chasing going on. I know they don't have a full school, but the LFS only had 3. The other two are hanging out with the red-eyes and diamond quite a bit though, so again, I have no idea what could be wrong. He was colored nicely in the tank at the LFS, no dead fish in the tank, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

If your readings are 0 for ammonia and nitrites with some nitrites, he may need a little more time to adjust than the other ones.
Different fish react to stress in different ways.

Give him a little more time, but keep a close eye on him.
