Please help questions

Good day to all,

I have a 30 gallon fresh water tank that has been up and running for about 3 weeks now and today i finally bought a API master test kit also before i forget i bought DR TIMS which the fish store sales person informed me that replaces BIO-SPIRA. Any ways here are my reading from the test

pH=7.2
NO2=0
NO3=5.0
NH4=1.0

Ok can anyone tell me where am i in my cycle. Please do not forget that i put in half of the bottel of DR.TIMS and is suppose to speed up my cycle. fyi i have 14 small fishs no more then 1 inch each

well you are on your way to the cycle..its done when you have 0 ammonia and nitrites and under 20 for nitrates..ive not used the dr tims so cant answer on that but tetra safestart replaced bio spira...what fish are in there? even at 1 inch each has a different tank requirement....

I used Dr Tims, but it didn't work for me, so keep an eye on your parameters.If the Dr Tims works, you should be cycled in about a week.

I have tried Dr. Tim's and it didn't help.It contains the wrong bacteria ( land bacteria instead of aquatic) As long as you continue using Dr. Tim's to replenish the bacteria,it may work. Tetra Safestart is the only product that contains the aquatic nitrobacter bacteria.(shawnie said it first)
