Oop's i did it twice-2-more rescue's

Well, went to mickeal's craft shop to get some marbles and flat stone for bigger tanks. So, of course i had to slip in to another local pet shop that"" just happened to have oranda's on sale lol and brought home 2-more.These ones seem fine, but i has a scale missing. at first i thought maybe ick or he was getting ready to spawn, but it looks like a scale. so all advice welcome please and they too will be getting pretreated and quarintined for awhile.[sp.] sorry not good today. So bring on all your excellant advice please and thank-you and these two are a little bigger and do have wen's already grown on their little heads, so i would say maybe 1-2-years lol. look heathy but looks can be deceiving lol. can i use PrazilPro to pretreat them ? no, pic's yet lol. soon. thanks in advance. bella

Keep up with good water quality and your fish shall be fine.

If you want to, go for more frequent partial water changes and use a water conditioner that contains aloe (e.g. API's Slim Coat), or even add a couple of drops of garlic juice to the tank to prevent opportunistic bacterial infections.

I've only got one more open tank left, but no heater ect left for it. Until I get that fixed I'm out of room and tanks. However as soon as I get that taken care of... I'l catch up yet!

I've had fish lose a scale or two before. Just treat it like any other wound, and I'm pretty sure it'll come back soon.
