Well, another rescue this morning lol. same place and different little guy. But badly beaten up so little one has company now and they are both the same size and different colours, and both beat up badly.The first little guy seems to know as he is around the bag and checking it all out.As he is still in the bag waiting to go in the tank.Then i bought 3-healthy one's from big ale's and they are waiting too.the ones from big ale's are lovely colours and no fins torn or ripped and i have 3-very different ones.Gold and black and light brown one. so i will be waiting to see what their colours are when they all settle down and then i will try pic's.The beaten up ones panic when i go close so i think it will take a while before they trust me. bella

Just a little update before i go to work, these 2-rescues are swimming side by side as if they had been that way forever. i am treating them both as they are from the same tank in the same shop. will post later with another update lol bella

I think that's a good idea to treat them both...you said they were both pretty beat up. Were you able to find vita-chem yet? It will sure help those fins if you can find it, 'course nothing beats good clean water and healthy regular feeding. A shot of stress-coat will help too. I think you already know about feeding them a little garlic to help them heal. The garlic thing sure took me by suprise when I first heard it. For years I knew fish tasted good with garlic, but I never knew garlic tasted good to fish! LOL!!!

Yes, MrsM3197, i think the garlic and stress coat does wonder's and i'm treating them with,Jungle Life Guard-all in one treatment. it says to treat for 5-days but i will see how they are in 3-days and if better i will stop then. But in the meantime garlic guard rules and stress coat and of course good water and food. He already is improving and i think his name should be sausey-as boy he is very frightened and yet very bold.{sp} we will see when he is well. thanks MrsM. bella

Yes, Lucy it the same one and i added another one this morning.So, the original one is kind of white and speckled and the new one is black and white so far.bella

A little update on the 3-oranda's from big ale's they are leaning on the glass looking for me already and have only been fed once so far. What a difference with healthy ones and the poor little ones that i got at the other place.The healthy ones are exploring and looking for me and all over the place and the other little ones are terrified when you approach to fast lol it seems ok as long as i don't approach fast and they will still hide but the other ones have their little faces on the glass. p.s. forgot to say their little faces you just feel like grabbing them and giving them lots of kissies.And the healthy ones just laid in my hand when i went to transfer them to the water.bella
