Would this setup be good?

Tank size: 120X30X48(cm)- 139.08 litres or 36.75 gallons
Substrate: small gravel, fluorite gravel
Filter: Fluval, 205 Canister Filtration System
Heater: AquarWorld, Heater 200w (Quartz Glass)
pH: 7.3
Temp: 25 degrees (78 Fahrenheit)?)

Fish:
X2 Dwarf gouramis (Colisa lalia)- 3 inches-8 cm(maybe 1)

X2 pearl gourami (Trichogaster leeri)-12 cm-

X4 Cherry barbs- 3 cm
X4 neon/cardinal/black neon tetras-approx. 2 cm-1 inch (MAYBE)

X4 kuhli loach-9 cm-

X1 bristle nose pleco-12 cm
(and maybe another small catfish)

cm of fish (not including kuhli loach)


Air stone/wand at back of tank for decor
Anubias heterophylla-sides or on wood, Water sprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides)-at the back, Java Fern (Microsorum pteropus) on wood, Riccia fluitans(maybe), Amazon sword-Echinodorus amazonicus, possibly banana plant-Nymphoides aquatica

Sorry the water sprite isn't at the back, it's on the side :|
And I don't think there'll be a airstone/wand
Where would the best place be to put the water intake and outlets? OH and the back of the tank is the uppermost side of the pic.
