Help

I just went to check on my zebra danio's tank and i found 5 tiny litle microscopic things ressembling fry just swimming. I doubt they're more than 1/64" long what should i do?

How long has the tank been set up? Is it cycled? If they look like worms, they are most likely planaria. If the tank is cycled, do a water change. Do they look like worms or fish?

Well it most definatly sounds like fry, been watching my Danio's spawing most of the day today. Question now is do you want to keep them or let the adults have lunch.

I moved 3 to a seperate 1/2 gallon "tank" and left 3 in the same tank as the adults, but on the other side(divided tank).

Congrats Gilbert, you are very lucky to have noticed this baby Danios! Most of the time they just don't make it due to becoming snack to adult tankmates, including parents. Try feeding them with baby fish food or hatch some brine shrimp (artemia) which is easy to do.

I went to check on the babies and some managed to get on the other side, i saw 2 get eaten, by the time I set up a breeder tank, there was one baby danio left. Oh well, easy come, easy go.
