What kind wood is drift wood made out of because it is NOT a cheap Decor.

Any wood that won't leach into the water such as Pine or Ceder. Hardwoods can be used. The stuff you find in stores is usually "Malaysian" Driftwood. I've seen hardwoods used before, i've seen cyprus used, as well as grapevine.

Some great driftwood for cheap there compared to LPS.

And as for what kind of wood it could probably be more than just one kind. Maybe an oak... I'm not sure

I don't have experience with it, but have read on the forum to make sure you boil it.....until the water is clear?.....not sure, someone with experience will have to elaborate.
