My tanks are crystal clear except the day I dose the tanks w/ vitachem, for at least 12 hours after? Is this normal w/ the vitachem? My ammonia/nitrite readings are -0- and nitrates are 10, ph is 8 in chichlids and 7.5 in the betta tank.

maybe you're putting a little too much. mine is only cloudy for a few minutes after i put it in. and they love to swim around in it.
I call it their "SMOKE" after the meal

lol, it does look like smoke when you put it in there, I noticed mine swiming in it as well when I first put it in.
I put the amount on the bottle in each tank it said 2 drops per gallon. Is that what you guys put in?

I put in 1 drop per gallon, but do so every other day.
