Yeah, sometimes you just can't get a good pic.
Well, I guess you know you're tank is over crowded, so please consider a bigger tank soon. You'd be surprised at the problems you'd avoid having a properly cycled appropriate size tank.
In the mean time, Your tank isn't cycled so I would do a 50% water change right now to get the nitrites and nitrates down and continue that daily until your readings are 0 for both ammonia and nitrites with some nitrates showing.
If it's pop-eye and fungus, I beleive it's recommended to use Maracyn, Maracyn II or rid fungus for the fungus. If you're using a filter with carbon, remove the carbon while medicating.
If it's ich, you can raise the water temperature to 82-86 and keep it there for at least 2 weeks.
