hello everyone!!!

well finally after about 4 months of my tank cycling with fish this is what i have left: 4 neon tetras, 10 tiger barbs, 6 longfin rosy barbs and 10 red tail rasboras.

my b/f would like to add some more neons but i think my tank is pretty crowded already and i would like to add a red tail shark but i'm not so sure about that.

i've been thinking maybe i should take like 3/4 rasboras back to the LFS and get 2 more neons and after a couple more weeks get the red tail shark.

now...my question is if i can even have a red tail shark in my tank. i was reading about them and it says that they could eat smaller fish so i'm not so sure if it will be eating my neons cuz they are pretty small.
so if that might happen then maybe i'll take all 4 neons back to the LFS and just get the red tail shark. the problem is that we really like the neons and we don't want to get rid of them.

if anybody has/had neon tetras with a red tail shark please let me know if it would work out for me.

Whahoooo on the cycle...congrats!!! what size tank is it? the redtail get up to 7.5 inches and will eat smaller fish...so I wouldnt put the two together...no one says he will deffinately eat them, but the likely hood is yes he probably would have the neons as a snack

my tank is 75gals. i think i might be a little overstocked though.
i guess maybe i'll bring the neons and some rasboras back to the LFS and get the shark.
