Well, I'm back at my parents house for the summer, and my mom just set up her 25 gallon, and she asked me "What do I do if my fish get sick?", and I had to think. The closest pet store is over 2 hours away, but my dad's going there in a few days, and I was wondering if there are any "general" medicines I should get him to pick up? I know most are disease specific, but maybe there's something that he should get? Thanks,

The best way to cure disease is to prevent it. Keep water changes up and at top priority, check your water regularily, and keep your fish healthy by giving them a varied diet and purchase the healthiest fish you can find
