Last year, we went on a 2-week trip and our fish did alright as far as water changes went by getting water changes & cleaning the day before we left and the day after we got back. Fill the tanks as full as possible after the water changes and cleaning to allow for the 2 weeks of evaporation.
I like haddaj04's idea for feeding them. If, for some reason, that wasn't possible, Tetra makes these gel feeders that are like little shallow dishes. I'm not a fan of these things, but those are the best vacation feeder block around. I'm even less of a fan of automatic feeders, since they have such a reputation for dumping all the food at once, clogging or just not working. To get a dependable one is expensive.
Another option would be setting them up at a friend's that you could trust.. more work, but you'd have them getting daily care from a trusted friend then.
