I need help about my tank

I have been looking all over the internet to find a iron stand for a tank that measures

36 1/2 length
17 width
12 1/2 height

either way if i keep it at 36x17x12 its 31 gallons or if i do 37x17x13 its around 35 gallons

does any one know how many gallons this really is and does any one know any good places to get an iron stand for this tank dimensions since alot of sites i have been searching (which has been hours) only do 29 gallon and 40gallon and up please help!!!

I used the aqaurium calculater here:
http://www.fishlore.com/ConversionCalculator.htm
and came up with 33.58.

I think for the stand, you would have to just look at the length and width and how many pounds it will hold.

Someone mentioned Lowe's or Home Depot have the metal shelves, you might want to check there.

Good luck in your search.

I've never seen an iron stand for a 3' long. Sorry.

I would not use a standard metal shelf (I presume that people are talking about the garage-type shelves), as these are made out of thin steel. They might hold the weight for awhile, but something will give under the pressure (33 galons is likely around 300 pounds) eventually.

darn....a wrought iron stand would be a lot cheaper for me to purchase than a wooden stand... thats explains why i havent found one yet because they prolly dont make them lol ty!!!

Just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Case in point...
