Tank is Cycled, but with Wrigglers?

Hello

My main 20-gallon freshwater tank and my 7-gallon quarantine has just finished the cycle and ready for fish, but I noticed these tiny wrigglers wiggling about in the water. I heard that they're a good snack for fish, but I'm afraid that they might be dangerous. Any advice?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the info, Shawnie!

I'm not sure if they're planaria - they look like mosquito larvae of some sort.... but I don't think I can put salt because I'm going to have a pleco and it might burn its skin.... any advice?

Thanks in advance!

What did you use to cycle with?
I imagine the standard water changes and substrate vacuums would get rid of them. That will deprive what ever it is of food.

The planaria tend to stick to the surfaces a lot and if the wigglers are real thin and almost hyper in their wiggling, then I'd guess fly larvae too.
