White cloud compatibility

will goldfish (fantails) do okay with white clouds in a 29 gallon tank.

Big fish eat little fish and I would worry about the goldfish swallowing the whiteclouds eventually.

Nope, I'm afraid not. Goldfish will view minnows as snacks, you see.

Ditto from HH, from me also. Plus goldfish aren't tropical as white cloud minnows are, so they should shouldn't be in the same tank anyway.

Hi!

WCCM's can stand 'cool' water - but not under 15C I'd say. They're best kept in a 'cool water' community - with fish like Corydoras barbaratus.

If you have a bigger tank (55 gal)..then maybe Yes. Whiteclouds are fast!

But they'd still be eaten. Simple answer - the 2 species aren't compatible. It's a big fish eat little fish world out there. Quite literally.
