Next is that there is some form of condensation building up in my heater (100 watt unnamed heater, came with tank).
Finally my filter is overflowing and when the clean and overflowed water comes back out it brings bubbles with it, as in bubbles are being pulled into the aquarium by the flow of the filter.
All parameters check out, except pH which reads a little high, and if I sound worried I'm not because they're are no fish in the aquarium. Just seeing if there is anything I can do to fix some minor problems, other than the heater, I don't want to buy another one. Sorry if you wasted a good five minutes of your life but any input is welcome and wanted at this point.

I agree with CWC about the heater, they are one part of the tank set up you can not afford to skimp on.
Bio-Spira is available at
www.drsfostersmith.com the cost is higher here than from a LFS because they tack on overnight shipping. I am sure if you look, (and ask) there should be some store within 100 miles of you that has it....YOU live down there is civilization!

I purposefully add a power head to my tank to inject more oxygen into the water. Don't worry about the bubbles going into the tank, UNLESS you are wanting to keep more CO2 in the water to facilitate the growth of plants.
